Not quite Mark, I did fix this one. My hunch of where it was getting in must have been right.
One thing is for sure, the weather strips at the base of the windows are getting old and tired.

I keep 'feeding' the felt strips around the windows with olive oil. Seems to be working, they appear much less distressed than when I first bought the car.

Good idea. I use nut oil on the rubber trims. The felt not really done anything with.... might give that a go.

Here she is. Just a quick snap from upstairs window, it looks very similar to Charles colour in this light! but as soon as the sun hits it, it flips between a blue grey tone. Quite unusual colour. I only know of mine and Matthews petrol turbo in this colour.

I also use the olive oil trick on the sunroof seal. Seems to keep that supple and avoids the cracking and drying out.

I use nut oil or Vaseline on the exterior trim and that keeps it all hydrated. Infact it does need doing again, but just oiling the felt on the windows was enough to nearly freeze my digits off!
My sunroof trim is in very good condition surprisingly. Still supple and no cracks. :)
