They might be, it was coming out at quite a rate!

I only work on the gravel drive, not much room and jolly muddy, but it's ok, I can't complain. We do also have a nice little workshop where I can get out of the wind and rain to work on bits and bobs once they are off the cars :)

I am currently trying to find a simple high quality head unit / stereo, without flashing lights and millions of buttons. Just something like a home HIFI?

Our lane in front of the Garage is grass and gravel, mixed with an old tar based flat roof!.... Nightmare though when you have to use axel stands, car sinks, when not using boards underneath of course :? . Easier in the road out front, but always get the feeling the neighbours are watching and tutting..."he's out there again fixing that car"! Then you have idiots driving past too fast.

Oh for a good drive!

A great result on the MOT James. The leak is very likely to be the cam box gasket.

What is this daylight I keep seeing in your photo's...??

Hi guys, thanks for the kind words, I am rather pleased too :) One weeks work to recomission a car that has not been driven for two and a bit years, I'd like to see the equivalent ford do that :D

I have ordered the cambox gasket, £15 and a thermostat £7 :)

It does not look as cold as I thought it would be out there, so I might have a go at the paint again today, see how I feel in a bit :)

XMs are tougher than they look!

It's not bad. Wrap up well and it's quite pleasant in a wintry sort of a way now that bitter wind has gone..

I've been out all morning giving mine some TLC and making sure the daily maid of all work (Xant V6) is all happy and content... She is :D

More on what I've been up to on the XM later...

Are you two in another country. It's like the flipping Arctic here! Snowing too. I've just been out and fixed the clock. :D I think I'll be doing interior things today.

I'm amazed actually at how they can be left for a while and then just literally get up and go..... well when a suspension pipe isn't helping to empty the LHM tank that is!!!!!
My old KA would manage three weeks and battery was spent.

Anyway look forward to your S2 updates Jim.

We are getting a light sprinkling of snow, which is mildly interesting given the sunroof is on the kitchen table...
