did a bit of work under the car today... New clamp on the front section to middle section pipe, applied some ku rust to the chassis members around the rear subframe mounts as they upon closer examination have rust, but are NOT weak, i ALSO fitted some rear spheres to the back... now we have some rear end removal.
Didn't actually take any pics of the above work actually... then after that, while waiting for the Ku-rust to go off I set upon clearing the inside out.
The car is a Base D with fitted ABS.. which to me is Good! This means an easy upgrade to SE spec. However, the rear windows are manual winders, so a harness upgrade was in need.
So a strip out was in need to get at the harness's..

NOTE: 1994 S1.5 car, with mechanical fuel system, however, spot the "Keypad" plug harness is already fitted EVEN though its not needed!! Must be part of the dash harness!
Also the already removed main dash parts are NOT my dooing for removal, they were already removed when I recovered the car out the shed.
Harness's are plugged at each door, which makes removing easy, after undoing the circular plugs and caps are removed, also quite easy. The Loom that runs along the centre console to the switch;s on the centre console is all plugged up the front under the radio.
Harness pictures tomorrow. So started stripping the SED out to retrive the harness too..
The other unfortunate problem the rear doors with the window winders do not have the Electric Windows harness in the doors either. So that needs transplanting OR I do a complete door swap as they are both the same colour.
