Just seen Vince's photos and I'm gasping for air... That's not a photoshop right???

This is looking *so* good, I'd be afraid to park it out in the street!

That's how good it is!

When the car is clean I'll take some outside photos so people can see what is possible.

Wow Vince, amazing. Simply amazing. :)

I had my car mopped when I bought it and the finish has lasted ages. Infact it is still going on! I as you say Vince, rinse the car with a hose, then carefully wash with two sponges, I use Turtlewax shampoo and find that excellent. I either Wax or polish after if I feel like it. But just a good wash brings it up nicely, glad to know i am doing something right. Its how I have always cleaned cars. I suppose as long as you keep the layers of polish going, it should last and last.

I need to get some paint to touch up the bonnet where the vigour (or perhaps VIm) of Vince has removed the protective blister on a ding. Of course the colour code in the car has been discussed before (LTWcR is what is painted in but probably is ETWcR,) and the most convenient source is Halfords, but they have ETW Meteor, not ETW Mercury.

Does anyone know a sensible source for this - I can't find Mercury even listed as a Citroen paint colour despite the obvious fact it is!
