I beg to differ with the Alcantara George, it looks nice until it gets some wear. And it doesn't wear too well. Pity, I think it looks really nice.

The best seating material is the series 1 Si/Onyx longer pile velour, the series 2 Velour is a shorter pile again.

I had two cars with that and it's very comfortable and doesn't show wear at all. Nice dogtooth pattern as well.

The leak is a metal pipe at the rear of the car. I suspect one over the subframe.

Not nearly as daunting as it seems, the subframe drops very easily and you can splice in a section of pipe in using a Plaeides tool and fittings.

Well, this does mean it's just going to stay at £100 then. Likely scrapped for the leather interior (for some lad's Corsa?).

Patience...It's got six days left to go yet.

The starter needs some work as well, it takes a few goes to get it to engage.

6 days doesn't mean much to e-bay auctions now. Cars get pulled all the time from e-bay. I wouldn't necessarily rely on it being there then.

Which models have the Alcantara trim?

I find the SX seat trim, not sure if thats the Alcantara or not, looks and feels better, but also doesnt wear. Neither Xm has any wear inside though, i had thought Xms do pretty well for interior wear. Though with the exception of he Exclusive half-leathers.

The SX has a longer fabric pile to the VSX, which is why it feels and looks nicer.

Only Exclusive have alecante trim.

Not the suede fabric and half leather? That one doesnt seem to last the test of time as the others do.

Much prefer the Velour for looks and durability
