Useful to someone?
interesting note on the front cover... Was the 2.5 not fitted to UK 605s?

For any one interested the document cover tells all.
The printed number 605-GB-04-95 confirms it is a GB version for the few 2.5TD 605's sold in the UK.
The hand written note shows just how much the dealers staff knew about the cars they serviced.
The contents are interesting because it lists the Injector differences that Pug used compared to Citroen for the same engine.

Not the only instance of Peu fitting different different bits to what one might have thought were "identical" engines. Back around 1989 we had a new BX16TRS, which was quite fun, but suffered from a monumental flat spot when asking from a bit of urgent power from its carburettor. Back off, and all was well. Obvious weak mixture.
Under warranty, Citroen scratched heads, cleaned things, fluffed about, until almost the last week of the 1-year warranty, when we finally asked for either a new engine, a new car, or a refund (actually it was leased, but never mind).
Magically, they took the car in the next morning, and returned it to us an hour or so later. Result: acceleration like a rocket, with even some front wheel spin! How? By fitting the set of Peu carb jets from the same engine. Explanation: Cit went for economy, Peu went for performance (and maybe necessarily with a heavier car). Seemed, though, that this wasn't something they were keen to do too early on in the warranty period.
