Lovely Ebay seller..

Selling off one (or bits :o) of your XM collection, or perhaps searching for those elusive headlight washer covers? This is the place to do it.

I emailed the guy and suggested very politley how to increase the chances of selling them XM as i do get really annoyed with such lazy adverts for such rare cars on ebay.

The response i got was.
Thanks for your opinion even though I never asked for it nor needed it. FYI there has been plenty of interest in it. Thought I'd mentioned that more photos could be provided. I couldn't care less if it's sold or not as it does not belong to me.
charmed im sure!

I wonder if the loads of interest is people offering scrap value for it as its not worth the risk for anything more surely!

Well, there's gratitude for you Will...

I think that's absolutely awful. Rude and just about everything else.

Honestly, how much does it take to just say thanks and be polite?

I'm quite shocked

Dungannon eh, not too far. I don't know the guy but I wonder if Robert might...

You're right, that ad is absolutely awful.

He says it doesn't need much work if any for the MOT so one of my suggestions was to just spend £25-35 on a cheap MOT and then if it fails at least the mot failure sheet would help sell it and to take pics of top mounts and jacking points.

Perhaps he was charging the owner rent to store it and has been told to sell it to cover outstanding fees.

That would be even more reason to give as much detail as possible to get as much money as possible from it's sale surely?!
