Dickie seat for estate + fittings - £40

Spotted this for sale near to me (Radstock in Somerset) - anyone interested? Seems quite cheap - is that fluff or a tear on one bolster? If it's too far away from you I can probably collect from the vendor for later collection from me at your leisure (or delivery if I'm round your way!).
