headlight washers

Selling off one (or bits :o) of your XM collection, or perhaps searching for those elusive headlight washer covers? This is the place to do it.

Hi Brian,
Well done with the MOT and just to let you know that Dave (the rave) has made a mould and can provide excellent quality replacement washer jet covers.

Currently a pair of speedo cables on ebay.
Will list the numbers just in case they are the right ones.
Send PM to davetherave who you can find on the members list.

I noticed this John yesterday. I tried to check the parts numbers for the cables aswell...but the only ones I found didn't match with the the listing parts number. To me they don't look long enough...but having never seen one out of the car, I couldn't possibly comment!
I hope they are.....

Do you mean just the nylon clip is broken, if so just repair it by plastic welding, filling with a nylon from a ty-wrap, and adding wire as a support.
I put a collar of wire round both parts and tensioned bits between the collars....if that makes sense.
