S1 24V V6 For Sale

After much thought I've decided to sell my LHD 24V. I'd be pleased to pass it on to anyone here, or to any Citroen enthusiast who'll look after it. So here we go...
Its a Feb 1991 S1 in dark grey metallic with German bodykit. The car has covered approximately 125,000 miles, the last 2000 miles have been done by me in the UK. I brought it in from Germany last year, it had been dry stored for nearly 5 years, didn't have any seats and needed several things sorting out, but has turned out to be a very sound car. The PRV engine, gearbox, clutch, Diravi steering and hydraulics are all in fine condition. The body is in very good condition all round, one small shallow dent on the rear left wing and a couple of small scratches. All badging has been removed by the previous owner - I think he disguised it as an autobahn stormer!
I fitted a new exhaust system from the catalysts backwards at considerable expense and sourced an excellent set of black leather seats of the correct vintage so I could actually sit in it! I've sorted the electric front windows, changed the clocks to mph, changed the lights to RHD, new brake pads all round; new battery etc. The car is MOTd until May 2013 and taxed until end of Oct 2012. It's in good usable condition and it hasn't missed a beat since I put it back on the road in May.
Bad points....The wiring to the rear electric windows and to the front electric seats needs sorting; it needs a radio; the centre spheres could do with replacing; the air con doesn't deliver cold air; the immobiliser has been bypassed; the front spoiler could do with a repaint. But none of these are big issues!
This is a very fast car, the fastest XM, in nice condition and in a nice unusual colour. It's very rare! The Diravi steering is great! I have a set of Speedline alloys for it, but it's running on the later alloys with half worn tyres at present, so whichever your preference.
Hope that describes it well enough? I'll take some photos tmrw and post.
Cheers
Marc
