flaring tool 3.5mm

help has anyone got a 3.5mm flaring tool that i could borrow or buy?? and a couple of meters of pipe i could buy, pleadese have none of either in stock, my dads and my sisters zants have both developed a high pressure leak

Any spare cars lying about?? Improvise, Ive taken XM pipes off to fit to xantias...
The tools seem hard to get hold of - or expensive, one or the other, cant remember now..

Whereabouts are you located?
My local auto factors/brake & hose specialist here in Swansea makes pipes up to whatever
length you want with the correct nuts and cupro nickel pipe and sell it by the length. If you
cannot find a similar place to you why not approach an independent Citroen specialist with
the length of pipe you need. It's easy enough to work out by measuring the leaking pipe
with parallel string.

The compact hand held flaring tool with two halves to the die held by x2 bolts is by far the best
version as you can fix pipes in situ and just as effective for (what was anyway) around £35.
The posh bench one is a bit of overkill really. I could've sworn GSF used to sell these in their
Andyspares guise many moons ago but am surprised Pleiades don't have any. They really are
worth their weight in gold with so many ageing hydraulic Cits!! Not in a hurry to lose sight of
the one I have mind, sorry.
