Hi All.

I've finally listed the turbo on Ebay. I hate to think how much I've spent on it, the clutch alone was nearly £150. Oh well it's the SEDs turn for the rebuild next.

That car looks very nice Steve. The front seats look to be very good for a half leather and alcantara.

Good luck with the sale.

Robert

lloks lovely Steve. Have you tried a reasonably priced advert in Car and Classic, you might achieve more for it.

Car and Classic is Free to advertise on. They make their money on the premium rate telephone number service they use to "protect" the identity of the sellers. I found that out the hard way...

So did I...
My reasonably priced comment meant if Steve priced the car reasonably he should see a sale, if it's too highly priced it will sit forever.
I just re-read my previous post and it didn't read very well... :?

Hi Steve.

Looking at your Ebay ad, I was struck by the LPG consumption figure --- have you got it set very rich ? I regularly get 14 round town out of my Landy on LPG and thats a litre and a half bigger, much lower geared and the aerodynamics of a brick. I would have thought 20 or a bit more should have been well within reach on an XM.

Mike.
