The car is otherwise in excellent condition and I am gutted. Does anyone have a spare or know where to get one from?

Hi Joe,
Welcome to the club.
You can buy a new indicator/ fog unit from GSF or possibly AEP in Glasgow. Alternatively they do pop up on ebay from time to time in a variety of conditions, worst ones look a bit 'sandblasted' and the fog light reflector silvering may have gone due to water ingress/corrosion.
