Hello there,
I am trying to find a good pilot bushing that goes into the crankshaft on the flywheel side, on ZPJ and ZPJ4 cars with manual transmission. If anyone has a lead please let me know. Thank you.

This engine is the PRV6, so used in Peugeot 604, Renault 30, Volvo760 and Delorean DMC12.
It's possible they all may use the same size spigot bearing, so worth checking those suppliers.
Check local bearing suppliers to see if they can supply one, alternatively have a precision engineers machine one from Phosphor bronze. It needs to be an interference fit into the crank-shaft and a sliding fit for the input shaft.
An engine remanufacturing workshop may be able to supply one.

I've had a look and Peugoet, Renault and Volvo appear to use a ball bearing in this location, size 17*40*12mm. (0.669*1.575*0.472") if that is the correct size, to avoid Oem p# use Timken 203FF.
Alternatively look for the correct size bearing for your gearbox input shaft. You can buy a special bore, (5/8") 15.88*40*12mm, both known as 6203 bearing.
It won't readily wear out as it only revolves when the gearbox is in gear and the clutch depressed, at all other times the gearbox input shaft is revolving with the engine crankshaft. Another good reason to not ride the clutch, or keep it depressed for longer than necessary to pull away, or change gear.
