Mk1 Dashboard top strip for demister

Hi there,
My mk1 has a cracked dash trim that covers the demister outlets. I was going to take it out to try and rebond the crack but just thought I would ask if anyone out there has one of these strips intact? You dont get unless you ask!
I have attached some photos.
Has anyone any idea how you get this part out?
