Hi bit of a long shot has anybody got coolant level sensor 1306 68 the fit series2 2.0 litre 16v 1996 or know of a alternative part that will fit. They are diffrent to all sensors that I have seen, they have 2 L shaped lugs too locate it in place on expansion tank that located on the side of radiator.

May be available from other models.. I've not had an xm with rad mounted coolant tank they have all had the tank above the ecu box which I thought all xm had except 2.5td ..

If the one you have is electrically faulty try cutting it open and check the probes are properly soldered onto the board.

These also fit later Ax and various Peugeots, but appear to be pretty thin on the ground as far as new supply goes.
