1991 XM for Sale - Restored with extras.

Hi All

I have a beautiful 1991 XM that I need to move on from in my life....details as follows:

Colour - Silver
Year - 1991
Milage - 190k
Model - 2.1 TD SED

It has the full leather package and is in tip top shape inside. Exterior there are no bumps or scratches on the bodywork, however did get resprayed a couple of years ago for a wedding. All electrics work apart from the mirrors (how often do you need to adjust these?) and the sun roof as the cable has corroded / broke. However i have a new cable that was given to me by another XM lover but wont attemot this job myself due to the comlexity of removing the head liner.

Recent work includes - full exhaust system, breaks, starter motor, clutch
Very recent work - head gasket, glow plugs, timing belt, front and rear spheres, both strut mounts replaced, water pump.

Been trying to get the diesel injectors replaced but had difficulty getting them however the current ones were reconditioned 6 years ago.

Car is currently having MOT work done (welding on sills) so cant give any pics at the mo apart from the one attached. You will see that I have added reverse parking sensors - they match in well and dont spoil the look. I have also installed a DVD player in the centre console (hidden behind the cigarette ash tray in the back - this has been replaced with a cover plate and a slot for the DVD eject tray), I have mounted the DVD screens into the head rests. I had no intention to sell the car when I did this so apologies to any die hard fans who may raise there eyebrows at ruining the classic look - I blame MTV and watching "pimp my ride".

I love this car and wont let it go for a stupid figure, if your a true XM lover then please offer accordingly. I now have a company car so cant keep both.

Price and location are really essential pieces of information for prospective purchasers. I may be prepared to pay more for a car that is relatively local to me, but might discount another completely if it was too far away.
