Drivers side wheel arch inner sill welding

Has anyone made any repair panels to weld to the corner of the drivers side wheel arch, where the inner sill has started to rust?

There are no repair panels for Citroen Xm, just make a template, either from tape or cardboard and make one.
You will need to hammer out the bowl section, then weld on the flat flange.
The bad news is once you open that section up, expect the inner layers to be equally as bad, though hopefully not as bad as in the attached images.

Good pics and nice repair!

Would be good to have some CAD (Cardboard Aided Design) templates for all XM owners to copy A/R as this and the front bumper holder side members are a common issue.

Lancia Owners club seem to have more options for Repair Panels for old Fulvias and Deltas than whats available to Youngtimer XM owners it seems.

Every repair is different, but feel free to make some templates. Being 3D it will be difficult to host them as drawings.
