Cheap set of XM morettes in france

Selling off one (or bits :o) of your XM collection, or perhaps searching for those elusive headlight washer covers? This is the place to do it.

Would be far easier to fit projector lamp units widely available fairly cheaply into the xm lamp units, high beam is very good on the xm its just the driving lights that dont have a great output, should be a fairly easy fit.

Bx lamps have the wrong shape unit and are much smaller than the one used in the xm.

XM glass lamp fronts are shape designed to match the vehicle body shape lines.
Any solution that damages this appearance does not suit me.
If you fit Morettes you might as well leave the nosecone off as well.
The round shape of the two cooling fans would then match the round lights.
Design shape is like vehicle ride.
Both have a large component of personal opinion over the value of the end result.

If an XM was my daily car, I would fit some Hella aftermarket dip beam projectors or graft in some modern dip beam reflectors and lose the fresnel lens.

Sorry folks but the pics just qualify my statement - bloody ugly!
I'm not taking sides and I remember what a Dutch friend used to say, "Every man to his taste, the farmer said, and he ate grilled frogs with a pitch fork". Actually there seem to be many variations to this expression. Some not too pretty

Indeed, as Franklin has said it would be a very boring world if we all liked the same thing!
